And they Call Her Veronica

In addition to Scrubs, one of the best shows on TV no one(besides Nick and I) is watching is The CW's Veronica Mars about a sassy college aged PI. The story lines and pop culture dialogue makes for an entertaining hour each Tuesday at nine with highlights being interactions with her father, Keith Mars( Elliot from Just Shoot Me), and on again off again on again currently off again boyfriend Logan Eckels.

The show just returned from a 6 week break and has dropped the extended storyline format which can be confusing to new viewers in favor of single episode plots. In order to attempt to prevent it's cancellation the creator of the show, Rob Thomas, shot an episode set five years in the future with Veronica working for the FBI. Granted, One Tree Hill floated this idea first, but the more intriguing aspect for me would be if they were going to make pop culture references from the future. Think about it...
